16 August 2011 – Jobfind Centre Wollongong has been the only Job Services Australia provider in Wollongong CBD to be awarded a five star rating by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) in the recent 30 June 2011 JSA Star Ratings Report.  

The Star Ratings system, calculated and awarded by DEEWR, compares the performance of providers in each area on both the proportion of people placed into work as well as the time taken to do so. With ratings ranging from One Star for poor performance to Five Stars for exceptional performance, the scale is an easy way for local job seekers and businesses to determine which provider will best assist them with their employment needs.  

After winning Jobfind’s National Centre of the Month award a record five times over the past year, Centre of the Quarter twice in a row and Centre of the Year for 2010-2011, it came as no surprise to the team when they were awarded the five star rating.
