February is Love Month at Jobfind

14 February 2012 – At Jobfind Centres Australia, the love doesn’t end on Valentines Day. Throughout the month of February, Jobfind Centres around Australia will be holding a series of 'Love Month' open days to provide employment and training advice and services to their local communities.

Local businesses and job seekers are invited to join in some love-themed fun over morning tea or a barbeque lunch, find out more about Jobfind’s no-cost services and hopefully find a ‘perfect match’ when it comes to the right job candidate or employer.

As a provider of the Government’s Job Services Australia program (JSA), Jobfind “shares the love” by offering a range of no-cost employment solutions to both job seekers and employers. This includes exclusive pre-employment training programs to make sure candidates are job-ready, wage subsidies and financial assistance on things like tools, uniforms and licences (where eligible), and ongoing support and mentoring to help retain new employees. You’ve got to love that!

To find out more about what Jobfind can offer job seekers and employers, attend one of the following ‘Love Month’ open days or contact your nearest Jobfind Centre:

Those who have experienced unemployment understand how heartbreaking it can be, which is why Jobfind Centres in Alice Springs, Bundaberg, Casuarina, Lismore and Ti Tree are taking part in a 1000 Hours of Work campaign. Challenging themselves and local businesses to find 1000 Hours of Work for local job seekers throughout the month of February, the drive aims to strike at the heart of unemployment in our communities by seeking positions vacant within local businesses.

If you’re looking for an employee to work part-time, full-time or for any time at all, please help Jobfind to “show the love” and contact your nearest Jobfind Centre on 1300 360 562.
