Welcome to the Bounce Back into Work program web site.

This site explains the program and the reasons behind the program. Bounce Back into Work provides:

• An opportunity for people over 45 years old who are looking for paid work.
• Service to employers to improve their labour situation now and into the future.

 Bounce Back into Work is funded by the Australian Government through the jobWISE Outreach and wise workFORCE services program. This initiative is happening in selected regions of Australia. Jobfind Centres Australia Pty Ltd is proud to be the provider of programme in four regions. These regions are:

• Darwin and the Top End
• Southern and Eastern South Australia
• South Queensland
• North Queensland .

All up 16 jobWISE workshops and 16 wise workFORCE events will be delivered from this October to April next year across the four regions.

As the jobWISE provider we are delivering the program on behalf of the whole employment services sector. All providers of employment services are requested to be involved in the program. The simple idea is that by bringing everyone together - job seekers and employers alike can expand their knowledge, contacts, and options available to meet their respective employment needs.

Those people participating can come from any situation and do not need to be on a government benefit to participate. People just have to be over 45 years old and can already be working part time. Employers include private companies and public and or not-for-profit organisations.

We look forward to improving the employment situation of people over 45 years old that need further work and improving an organisations labour planning capacity.
