Work for the Dole projects are designed to benefit the community while teaching unemployed people valuable skills. Projects might include building or construction in public areas, community beautification or preserving local history. By sponsoring or hosting an activity you become a part of the solution and enhance your reputation as an employer of choice.

How Jobfind Supports You

Throughout your activity we’ll provide a range of support services including:

• Risk Assessments and OH&S: We’ll attend and assess the physical location for an activity to identify and manage risks. All participants will also complete an OH&S introductory course prior to commencing an activity.
• Police Checks: If required for your activity, we’ll arrange Police or Working with Children checks for all participants prior to commencement of the activity.
• Managing Behaviour and Monitoring Visits: One of our Consultants will regularly visit the site to help identify any issues and discuss solutions with you and your organisation. If required, we’ll implement strategies to manage any poor behaviour.
