Employment and Training Advisor
As an Employment and Training Advisor you’ll work with job seekers individually and in groups to develop Employment Pathway Plans (EPP), undertake training, identify and address barriers to employment and prepare them to re-enter the workforce. You’ll also work closely with Employment Services Consultants to identify people for local job vacancies.
Regional Specialist Employment and Training Advisors focus on facilitating and assisting higher-needs job seekers including Mentoring, referring to specialist services and conducting reviews.

Employment Services Consultant
As an Employment Services Consultant you’ll actively engage local employers to register job vacancies and ‘reverse market’ suitable candidates into these positions. You’ll also assist candidates to prepare for the recruitment process and Mentor them to ensure a job is secured.

Post Placement Support Advisor
As a Post Placement Support Advisor you’ll ensure that placed candidates achieve sustainable employment outcomes through ongoing support once a person has started their job. This role includes regular contact with employers and new employees, as well as compiling relevant compliance paperwork.
Post Placement Support Team Leaders manage a team of Advisors and act as specialists in the role.

Community Services Broker / Employment & Training Advisor – Work Experience
In this role you’ll establish and coordinate Work Experience activities by engaging local community groups such as volunteer organisations, RTOs and community services. In addition to this, you’ll monitor activities including Work for the Dole projects, Green Corps and Unpaid Work Experience to promote skills development and lead participants into full time long-lasting employment.
Senior Community Services Brokers act as specialists in the role and work with Community Services Brokers on large-scale projects.

Team Assistant
There are two Team Assistant roles within Jobfind Centres to support the various activities of staff:
Firstly there’s the Team Assistant – Receptionist. In this role you’ll coordinate and undertake administration functions for the Centre and be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service for all clients.

In the Team Assistant – Employment and Training role, you’ll be responsible for customer service and administration functions within the Centre whilst supporting the Employment and Training Advisors with participant provisions.

Ready4Work Facilitator
As a Ready4Work Facilitator you’ll activate and motivate participants by facilitating group sessions thereby enabling people to commit to a routine and become ‘job ready’.

Team Leader
As a Team Leader you’ll be expected to provide leadership and management support to Centre Managers in the delivery of services to ensure successful achievement of strategic business outcomes.

Centre Manager
As a Centre Manager you’ll be responsible and accountable for the delivery of Job Services Australia within a Centre. The role includes staff training and management, strategic planning within the local area, monitoring and achieving local budgets and ensuring contractual compliance.

Indigenous Employment Project (IEP) Roles
Jobfind undertakes a variety of Indigenous Employment Projects and employs specialist staff to deliver these on a local level.
IEP Project Officer
As an IEP Project Officer you’ll establish and coordinate local projects and work with participants individually and in groups to increase their skills and find suitable, long-lasting employment.

IEP Mentor
As an IEP Mentor you’ll be required to engage on a meaningful level with IEP participants to assist them with training and to motivate them into sustainable employment.

IEP Team Assistant
As an IEP Team Assistant you’ll be responsible for collecting data, processing claims and general administration relating to local IEP projects.

IEP Project Coordinator
As an IEP Project Coordinator you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring the achievement of strategic business outcomes and possibly managing IEP Project Officers.

Senior Management Roles
Regional Manager
As a Regional Manager you’ll be responsible and accountable for the delivery of all contracts within your allocated Employment Service Areas. You’ll also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Centres within your ESA.
General Manager
As a General Manager you’ll oversee and direct operational activities within your allocated regions and actively contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
Advisory and Development Teams
Jobfind has a number of advisory and development teams to support the activities at Centres around the country. These teams include:
